This section of our website will help you register to our practice, manage your visits to the Health Centre, order repeat prescriptions and access the many different health services we provide more easily.
In addition to the pages listed above we offer the following services:
Telephone Consultations
You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. Please ask at reception. When booking the appointment please confirm the phone number you want to be contacted on if it is different from the one we have in your records.
Once the consultation has been arranged with the doctor, they will ring you at an agreed time on the telephone number you have given.
Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by any of the following methods:
- In person at the Surgery
- By post – you can find the Surgery address here
- By fax – you can find the number here fax number
- Online – Coming Soon
Prescriptions may be collected after 16:30 two working days after you have placed your request.
Please note that we are unable to accept repeat prescriptions requests by telephone.
Vaccinations
All vaccinations are to be booked with our Practice Nurse.
We run a Baby Clinic on Tuesday 9am-1pm. Please contact us on on 0161 684 4150 if you have any queries or to book your appointment.
Patient Participation
At Hollinwood Medical Practice we have set ourselves some high standards to make sure that we provide the best possible services. We will be setting up a Patient Participation group so that all our patients have the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions about our services.
